Terrain Portraits and Digital Graphics
The expression ”Terrain Portraits” refers to the portrail of a being rising out of or embeded in an imaginary terrain or space as if a trace of their existance was left in a natural formation.
In ”Human WIMP Nebula” a female form is seen adrift in a cosmic
bacground, perhaps the result of some experiment with dark energy.
The face in ”Seabed portrait” looks out from a mesh of millions of
polygons and material circuts, an allusion to the state-space for this person who may have existed in several of all possible worlds.
Some of these scenes are virtual reliefs; sterio pairs which when viewed
overlapped appear to rise from the surface and have real depth.
